Reporting Copyright Infringement

• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in accordance with EU Directive 2019/790 (DSM), Greek Law 2121/1993, and other applicable law.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Gatsou, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Gatsou or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

User-Generated Content License

By posting content on our Service, you grant Gatsou a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content. You retain all ownership rights in your content.

Trademark Policy

Gatsou and the Gatsou logo are trademarks of Gatsou. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
